01Connect from ChatGPT
Open Classroom Desk in ChatGPT. When you choose to connect, you arrive at our permission page before going to Google.
02Choose what to approve
Google shows the Classroom read permissions. This service never asks for your password or access to Drive.
03Ask about your work
Ask for coursework, deadlines, announcements, topics, or your submission information. The reader returns results from the read-only tools ChatGPT uses.
04Leave when you want
Disconnecting removes this service’s local authorization records and attempts to revoke the Google grant.
“What deadlines are coming up?”
You see the relevant results in your conversation. Nothing is submitted, edited, or graded.
Questions you can ask
These match the current read-only tools.
- What assignments do I have?
- What deadlines are coming up?
- Show announcements from my courses.
- Find coursework about Java.
- Show my recent Classroom activity.

Ready to connect?
Classroom Desk is currently available through ChatGPT’s private/developer app flow while its public directory listing is being prepared. Add the app in ChatGPT Developer Mode, choose Classroom Desk, and then choose Connect. ChatGPT will start authorization here before sending you to Google. We never ask for your Google password.
This button will open the official ChatGPT listing. Until then, no private account-specific link is published here.
